The solar plexus is located in the geometrical center of the human body. Thus it is a physiological crossroad of all the contrast emotions we are experiencing. This is the zone in the human body, where you feel love, fear, anxiety, euphoria, panic, excitement - positive and negative. As long as they are contrasting and of high magnitute, we feel them there. Anybody can relate to this canvas. Anybody can relate to this. 

This chakra is known as the power chakra. It rules our personal will,and autonomy, as well as our metabolism.
